Rudolf Šťastný
I'm Rudolf, a clothing designer and the founder of STASTNY – a utility label built around one idea: utility goods made to last.
I design functional garments with a clean, minimal aesthetic. Jackets, vests, shirts and trousers made for everyday use, where every pocket, seam and closure has a reason to be there.
Everything starts in my atelier in Bratislava – from the first sketch and pattern to the finished piece.
HOW I WORK

Made to measure
Most pieces can be made to your measurements. We meet for a fitting in the atelier, adjust the cut to your body and the way you move, and I make the garment for you.

Ready to wear
Selected pieces are available from stock in standard sizes – ready to ship or to pick up in the atelier.

Materials
I work with durable natural fabrics, such as heavyweight 100% cotton from Italy – chosen to wear in, not wear out.
BEYOND THE COLLECTION
Besides STASTNY, I work as a designer on commissioned projects and prepare and direct studio and outdoor photoshoots – from concept and team to the final image.
